It turns out that Office 2011 for Macintosh has full support for Rights Management Services in Windows Server 2008 R2. The same technology that Enterprises have enjoyed for years on the Windows platform. With Office for Mac 2011, Mac users will be able to share files and collaborate on documents with other Mac and Windows users via Microsoft's SharePoint, SkyDrive, and Office Web Apps. Currently, Outlook for Mac 2011 doesn't support IRM in an Office 365 environment.
